Allen Galorenzo

Executive Vice President, Foster McKay

Allen Galorenzo is Foster McKay’s Managing Partner and joined the firm in 1981. In his role, Allen is responsible for setting the strategic course for Foster McKay and overall management of its various business units. With over 30 years of executive search experience and 20 years of group leadership experience, Allen prides himself in growing and maintaining the organization as the best in class executive search firm for career-minded financial professionals and top-tier companies.

Prior to joining Foster McKay, Allen enjoyed a career in accounting with KPMG and Hoffman-LaRoche. He graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University with a BS in Accounting.

In memory of his son, Allen founded The Daniel Galorenzo Foundation – a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to help children with life-challenging illnesses. Thus far, over $750,000 has been raised and gifted, improving the quality of lives of children for over a decade.

Michael A. Marotta

Partner, Foster McKay

Michael, a Partner within the General Practice Group, joined the firm in 1985. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-cap corporations. He has an established track record of making successful placements from mid-level management to executive level leadership in the accounting and finance sector.

Michael recognizes the importance of listening carefully to the needs and goals of both clients and candidates. His success is based on his keen ability to partner with his corporate clients while understanding and respecting the unique capabilities of each candidate he has the privilege to represent. This twofold approach to the corporate search process has resulted in a sensitive and highly effective recruiting strategy for over thirty years.

Michael’s approach is rooted in the belief that his practice is as much an art as it is a science. The key to his success has been the trusting relationships that he has nurtured over the course of his entire career.

Michael graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focusing on Industrial Psychology. He resides in Chatham New Jersey with his wife and three boys.

Michael Keown

Vice President, Foster McKay

Michael leads Foster McKay’s general practice group and is responsible for overall group strategy; the training, developing, and mentoring of new employees; and managing a highly productive, full-cycle recruitment desk. He has more than a decade of experience helping people manage their careers and achieve their goals, as well as partnering closely with clients to communicate their message to the market in order to attract top talent to their organizations.

Michael prides himself in his integrity, ability to listen, and ability to serve as a valuable resource to both individuals and companies alike. He has developed a reputation for fully understanding his clients’ needs from a functional and cultural level. He employs a consultative approach with those he partners with and truly cares about finding the best fit for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Michael is involved in a variety of community and cultural organizations. He enjoys athletics, US history, and most importantly, spending time with his family.

John Colin

Director, Foster McKay

John Colin provides a wealth of executive search experience to both his clients and candidates alike, with over 25 years at Foster McKay. He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to joining Foster McKay in 1987, John was a Manager of Revenue Accounting for the CIT Group and a Senior Auditor for Kidde Inc.

Greg Hart

Senior Associate, Foster McKay

Greg is a dedicated talent management professional with a diverse career in both executive search and corporate recruitment.

He began his career with a national recruitment firm matching high-caliber professionals with Fortune 1000 companies nationwide and successfully opened an office for the firm in Kansas City, MO. He then transitioned to a career in corporate Talent Acquisition and progressed through increasingly challenging positions with Michael Kors and Equinox Fitness.

Greg enjoys advancing the careers of talented, career-minded individuals as they add real value to the organizations they join. He has placed candidates across various industries including the Technology, Pharmaceutical, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, and Banking sectors.

Greg graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Economics and was a starting Division I wrestler. Outside of his career, Greg enjoys traveling, cooking, and coaching.

Kate Donato

Senior Associate, Foster McKay

Kate is passionate about the executive search business and prides herself in her ability to truly understand the goals of both her candidates and clients. She began her career with the PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance Services practice, primarily serving clients in the Pharmaceutical and CPG sectors. Kate also spent time in Financial Reporting with a leading Insurance organization.

Kate’s approach to developing relationships with her clients and candidates has been influenced by her experiences working with recruiters as an accounting professional herself. Whether speaking to a first time candidate or assisting a client with a critical business need, Kate’s primary goal is always establishing a long term relationship and helping both parties involved achieving the best fit possible.

Kate is a graduate of Costal Carolina University and is an avid golfer.

Abhi Mavani

Associate, Foster McKay

Abhi is a former accountant who has a passion for the recruitment business and truly values the many relationships he has cultivated along the way. He is a Rutgers Business School Alumni who graduated with Honors with degrees in Accounting & Finance. Prior to working at Foster McKay, Abhi worked in accounting and tax in the private retail and consumer products goods industry. Abhi’s background in Accounting & Finance brings great value to his candidates. It is reflected in the consultative approach he is able to use with the people he partners with.

Mike Genova

Associate, Foster McKay

Mike graduated from Bloomsburg University at the top of his class with a degree in Finance.  Prior to joining Foster McKay he worked as a sales manager for a nationally recognized, multi-billion dollar travel company. He combines his knowledge of finance with his passion for dealing with people to cover a niche in the recruiting industry. Mike delivers a top notch candidate experience and prides himself on forming long lasting relationships where he can advise his candidates not just on one job, but advise them on their entire career. Outside of work Mike enjoys good food, fitness, and golf.

Anthony Carrea

Associate, Foster McKay

Anthony comes from a unique background graduating from Seton Hall University with a Communications degree and working at television networks such as ABC and CBS Sports where he had the opportunity to interview professional athletes. Wanting a more steady lifestyle he then transitioned over to banking spending three years at J.P. Morgan and a brief time at Investors Bank.

Passionate about helping people and building relationships Anthony found a home at Foster McKay where he can best utilize his natural skills of communication while making positive impacts on people’s lives. He prides himself on building long term relationships with his clients so he can be a trusted resource providing market info and guidance throughout their careers. Anthony’s effort to get to know his candidates allows him to find roles that are great fits for their personality as well as career.

For leisure Anthony enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, snowboarding, hiking, and golfing.

Lee Warner

Director of Business Development, Interim Solutions

Lee is the Director of Business Development in our Interim Solutions practice which conducts a broad array of contract assignments for its clients, ranging from traditional corporate accounting and finance positions to managerial and executive level positions.

Previously, Lee conducted business development at another staffing firm for nearly 9 years. With a deep knowledge of the field and strong relationship building skills, he has found success attracting esteemed clients in various industries.

Lee graduated from Hofstra University and spent his first few years working in the television industry. He switched paths in 1997 and has been with Foster McKay since 2006.

Nicole Jacoby

Director of Recruiting,
Interim Solutions

Nicole Jacoby joined Foster McKay in 2009 and leads the recruiting function of our Interim Solutions division — identifying Finance, Accounting, and Tax professionals for consulting opportunities in the New York metro area. Since joining the firm, Nicole has been instrumental in growing the division, establishing policies and procedures, and training new recruiting Associates.

Prior to joining Foster McKay, Nicole spent over 12 years at Kforce, rising to Director of their Finance & Accounting Flexible Staffing. She graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.

Melissa Quiles

Director of Business Development, Interim Solutions

Melissa is the Director of Business Development in our Interim Solutions practice which hires Accounting and Finance professionals on a contract basis, ranging from traditional corporate accounting and finance positions to managerial and executive level positions.

Previously, Melissa worked for 10 years at a Florida based staffing firm where she had a progressive career in recruiting, business development, and leadership of teams. Melissa has a deep understanding of just how important it is to know her clients, and believes in forging deep relationships where she can act as an extension of her clients and help to create candidacy in the marketplace.

Melissa graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and relocated from Florida to New Jersey with her family in 2014. On a personal level, she enjoys the great outdoors by hiking and kayaking the local state parks in the tristate area.
